Even the most faithful memorial may someday need a little care!

I genuinely love making these props, and I craft each gravestone to last. They're sealed, durable, and ready to brave the elements. But occasionally, a tumble off the shelf, cramped storage, or an accidental drop during Halloween takedown can do some damage. If minor transfer has occurred, that’s where this comes in.

What You’re Getting:

By purchasing this Plan, you're securing free lifetime repairs for any Elegy & Ivy gravestone you ordered, whether you bought it yesterday or three Halloweens ago. If your piece ever suffers chips, cracks, or damage I can fix, I’ll take care of it.

Ship your prop to me using your own box and the prepaid label I will provide. Then I’ll:

°Restore your piece to the best of my ability with care and original materials.
°Keep you updated every step of the way.
°Send it back ready for it's second life after death!

No expiration or fine print. Just lasting care from the artist who loved making it!

How It Works:

1. Save your original box if possible, or reuse any sturdy one that fits your piece safely.
2. If damage occurs, message me with photos and your Caretaker Plan order number.
3. I’ll confirm your box size and send you a prepaid shipping label via email.
4. Print the label and send the grave back from whence it came.
5. I’ll make the repairs and return your restored prop to you, on me.

More Details:
° This Plan covers each order, not just each prop. If you ordered two graves in one shipment, you only need to purchase one Caretaker Plan for the set.
° If you’ve previously purchased a gravestone before this listing existed, you can still opt in! Just grab this listing and message me with your prior order info.
° The Caretaker Plan applies to natural wear, chips, and accidental damage, etc. I can’t bring back pieces that are totally destroyed...but if it can be restored, I’ll restore it!
° Please allow up to 20 days for repairs to be made and shipments to return.

If your gravestone is damaged beyond repair--crushed, snapped beyond stability, or warped by extreme heat or impact, etc.--I may not be able to restore it to its original condition. In these rare cases, I’ll inform you of potential options in our initial consult after reviewing your photos of the damage. These may include:

°A partial restoration (if possible)
°A discounted remake of the original design
