Elegy & Ivy creates custom, made-to-order, and historically inspired decorative products, including gravestone props, Halloween display pieces, haunt decor, film props, and photography props.

All products sold by Elegy & Ivy are intended for decorative, theatrical, seasonal, display, film, photography, or prop use only. They are not intended for use as real grave markers, memorial monuments, cemetery markers, structural objects, safety equipment, toys, or permanent outdoor fixtures.

Product Use

By purchasing from Elegy & Ivy, you acknowledge that our products are handmade or custom-finished decorative items. They may include intentional distressing, aging, weathering, moss, lichen effects, paint variation, texture, and other artistic details.

Because items are made and finished individually, slight variations in color, texture, finish, distressing, dimensions, and appearance may occur. These variations are part of the nature of handmade and custom-finished work.

Customers are responsible for using, displaying, installing, securing, and storing products safely and appropriately.

Outdoor Display

Some Elegy & Ivy products may be suitable for temporary outdoor display, depending on the item and conditions. However, products should be protected from extreme weather, standing water, high winds, excessive heat, prolonged direct exposure, and other conditions that may damage the item.

Elegy & Ivy is not responsible for damage caused by improper display, installation, storage, weather exposure, mishandling, or failure to secure items safely.

Safety Notice

Elegy & Ivy products are decorative props and should be handled with care. Products may have textured surfaces, edges, bases, stakes, attachments, coatings, or decorative elements that could be damaged if dropped, bent, crushed, or handled roughly.

Products are not toys and are not intended for use by children. Keep decorative props away from open flames, heat sources, and unsafe display areas.

Customers assume responsibility for safe use and placement after delivery.

Custom Orders

For custom or personalized items, customers are responsible for reviewing all names, dates, spelling, punctuation, wording, design details, and order information before submitting or approving an order.

Elegy & Ivy is not responsible for customer-submitted errors once production has begun.

Intellectual Property

All Elegy & Ivy product designs, photographs, written content, branding, logos, artwork, listings, product descriptions, original design concepts, processes, methods, techniques, workflows, patterns, templates, digital files, prototypes, and production approaches are the property of Elegy & Ivy unless otherwise stated.

No content, images, product designs, written materials, methods, processes, techniques, digital files, product concepts, or production approaches may be copied, reproduced, reverse engineered, resold, modified, distributed, taught, recreated, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from Elegy & Ivy.

Custom work may be inspired by historic cemetery art, traditional gravestone motifs, period design, or customer-provided references, but Elegy & Ivy retains ownership of its original designs, creative methods, production processes, product photography, digital assets, and final artistic interpretations unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Purchase of an Elegy & Ivy product does not transfer ownership of any design rights, intellectual property rights, production methods, digital files, templates, or creative processes used to create the item.

Third-Party References

Any references to historical styles, cemetery motifs, film, theater, haunt design, Halloween displays, or photography use are for descriptive purposes only.

Elegy & Ivy is not affiliated with any third-party brands, productions, studios, cemeteries, historical institutions, or organizations unless explicitly stated.

Limitation of Liability

Elegy & Ivy is not liable for damages, injuries, losses, delays, or issues resulting from improper use, installation, handling, display, storage, modification, weather exposure, carrier delays, or misuse of products after delivery.
