Shipping Policy

All Elegy & Ivy items are custom-made or finished to order. Because each piece is created individually, production time is separate from shipping time.

Standard Turnaround

Unless a rush option is selected at checkout, please allow approximately one week for production and one additional week for shipping.

Production times may vary slightly depending on order volume, customization details, materials, weather, and carrier schedules. If your order is needed by a specific date, please contact me before placing your order so we can confirm whether the timeline is possible.

Rush Orders

Rush order options may be available at checkout for eligible items. Rush fees shorten the production timeline only and do not include the shipping carrier’s cost.

Available rush options may include:

Rush Order: 1–2 Days Creation Time
This option adds a rush processing fee and requires expedited shipping, such as UPS Next Day Air, when available.

Rush Order: 3–5 Days Creation Time
This option adds a rush processing fee and requires expedited shipping, such as UPS 2nd Day Air, when available.

Rush order fees are charged in addition to the cost of expedited shipping. Selecting a rush option moves your order ahead in the production schedule, but carrier delivery times are still controlled by the shipping provider.

Rush availability may depend on current order volume and the complexity of the piece. If a rush timeline cannot be met, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping Methods

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, package size, package weight, and available carrier services.

Expedited shipping options, including UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air, may be available depending on your location and the item ordered.

Shipping Time

Shipping time begins after your order has been produced, packed, and handed off to the carrier. The estimated delivery dates shown by the carrier are not the same as production time.

Once a package is with the carrier, Elegy & Ivy is not responsible for delays caused by weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, carrier issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Elegy & Ivy is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact me immediately. We will do our best to update it before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is in production or has been shipped.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label. This helps me review the issue and, when appropriate, file a claim with the carrier.

Please keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows that your package is delayed, please allow the carrier time to update the tracking information. If the package appears lost, contact me and we will help review the tracking details.

Elegy & Ivy is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped, but we will do our best to help where possible.
